About the role
In the role of salesperson at Niemi Bil, you will guide the customer through the entire car purchase process, from start to finish. You will be responsible for the entire process - from the first customer meeting to trade-in, contract signing, and delivery. You will guide your customer through our products, test drives, and provide information about accessories and financing solutions.
The car is often one of the biggest purchases one makes in life, and as a salesperson, it is your job to help the customer find the right car for their individual needs. It is a job where you build long-lasting relationships with customers, and your ability to create a good reputation for both yourself and Niemi Bil will determine your long-term success.
Who are we looking for?

Therefore, we are looking for someone who loves to compete, is results-oriented, and has a strong business sense. You possess a natural drive, always ready to go the extra mile. You appreciate change and thrive in an environment where things happen and decisions are made quickly. Furthermore, we are looking for someone with good communication skills.
- You have at least two years of work experience.
- Experience in previous sales work is a requirement, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Have a B driver's license (manual)
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)

You will work at our facility in Gävle. The position is full-time and starts with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement. We offer a secure employment with a collective agreement and occupational pension. We care about our employees' health by offering wellness benefits.
